Our History
1999
Sanrachna was founded in 1999 as an Architecture and Structural Design practice in New, Delhi, India, by our Founder & CEO, Ankur Mathur. Before this, in 1985, his father, Mr. G. S. Mathur established Sanrachna Builder Pvt. Ltd. that was a full-fledged construction firm. Together, Sanrachna delivered numerous design-build projects in and around NCR Delhi.
2002
Sanrachna became one of the first design-build firms on the planet, to start using Autodesk Revit on its own projects.
Our Founder & CEO also authored one of the first books written on Revit, which got published in the US. Experiencing the benefits of using 3D technologies to design and construction buildings, and believing in the transformation that this can bring to the industry, Sanrachna decided to transform itself into a “Virtual Design and Construction” practice, “Be the Change” and drive digital transformation in the building industry.

Sanrachna grew its team of architects and engineers to become a leader in providing cutting-edge, high-value BIM services to the building construction industry.
2015
2018
Sanrachna adds MEP team to provide a comprehensive range of BIM services to its clients.
Sanrachna established a partnering firm Auxilium Digital GmbH, in Zurich, Switzerland.
2022
2019
Sanrachna participates in industry events like Autodesk University (USA), Chicago Build (USA).
Sanrachna established Sanrachna Global Infotech Inc. in New Jersey, USA.
2023
2024
Sanrachna launched its Generative AI and Embodied Carbon Analysis services.
Sanrachna becomes a strong team of 125+ architects, engineers and BIM professionals providing.
